Consent to Process Your Consultation Request
Who receives your consent
Consent is given to MIRACLE CO., registration number 7268792, 100 Elgar Pl Ste 17F, Bronx, NY 10475, USA, the operator of Theraphea that processes requests from the service’s advertising pages.
What you agree to
I consent to the processing of my name and the contact details I provide so that the Theraphea administrator can respond to my request, help me choose a specialist, and arrange a consultation.
You give consent by checking the consent box yourself and submitting the form. The box is unchecked by default. This form cannot send your request without consent; you can browse the site without giving it.
What data is sent
Your name and chosen contact: Telegram username, phone number, or email address, depending on the form and your choice.
The language and address of the landing page, form identifier, UTM campaign tags, and advertising click identifiers if present in the page address. These are stored with the request to identify its source.
Confirmation of consent to data processing and contact about the request, and a technical submission identifier to prevent duplicates.
The form does not ask for test answers, diagnoses, therapy history, or a description of your condition. Provide your own contact details; if arranging a consultation for a teenager, do not submit their medical information through this form.
How your request is handled
Data is received, checked, recorded, stored, and used to handle your request. It may be corrected, restricted, or deleted as needed. The administrator contacts you using the details you provide.
Your request is processed by the Theraphea server. Vercel provides website and server processing infrastructure, and Supabase stores the request. A notification containing the request details is sent to the administrator through Telegram. Authorised staff need access to arrange consultations and provide technical support.
The infrastructure also processes technical information needed to keep the site secure and operational. The Privacy Policy describes providers, international transfers, and your rights.
How long data is kept
Request data is kept until the enquiry is resolved and then for a limited period needed to address questions about the request, protect legal rights, and comply with the law, as described in the Privacy Policy. The retention period for test results does not apply to this request.
How to withdraw consent
Before submitting, you can uncheck the consent box and leave the form unsent. After submission, you can withdraw consent to further contact about your request and ask for deletion at any time: tell the administrator or email the address below.
Include the contact details you provided so that we can find the request. We may need to confirm that the contact belongs to you. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it was received; further processing based on consent stops. If the law requires some data to be retained, we will explain this when responding.
What this consent does not cover
Promotional messages and communications unrelated to your request.
Optional cookies, advertising tracking, and disclosure to advertising platforms, which have separate consent settings.
Processing psychometric test answers and results, recording consultations, training AI models, or research.
The consultation terms and any necessary consents, including those for work with a teenager, are agreed separately before work begins.
